Haha..still rmb that time when i was young got this show called 'kids @ work"...everytime i go to the zoo i will think of this little song... YUp back to the zoo again!...think last time i've been to the zoo is like 3 years ago....
So take this opportunity to tour the compound again..haha anyway..jm is the one hu like inviting pp to go lar....she's so proud of it...BUt really... i did enjoyed myself and took tons of pictures there!...
Was like queuing to buy the tickets..there was this couple hu got those corporate cards k get in for free one card= for 4 free people..so the couple quickly dragged us in...i was stunned lar...she was like "you all gg to the zoo??come come..then *shooh* we inside already...haha....gd lar..save on the admission fee....haha...Lots of animals...realli do take ur time to walk and enjoy all the animals..haha they are so cute!!!..

Went round to see lots of animals...from BABoons to otters to elephants... haha i like the otters alot lar..they are so small and cute...and silly silly some more....!! Plus..got this wonderful staff here hu brought me round the zoo and like she koes the animals at the back of her fingertips le lar...

Haha saw this duckie at some trail..where u realli get up close with these animals..fruit bats and the butterflies below..haha so fun lar..the ducks so cute..then from behind u like trying to 'push them along' then they will waddle n waddle....

This lamb was like roaming in the zoo near the baboons area..i think..haha so cute lar..but wanna take pictures with it..it ran away liao....

Look at their butts! haha...when its red, its time to breed! anyway...was like so many of them lar...then got one like got horny......wah..k see the thing and try to force it onto another female....but too bad...the female just like nudge him away...

spent the whole afternoon from 2 till 6 in the zoo..caught the show at the splash amphi theathre...was okie onli lar the show..din realli enjoy it...haha maybe expectation is higher...After that...was damn hungry already...so went over to night safari to have our dinner first before cont our last bit in night safari...
Went to eat the BONGOS burgers.. its pretty nice actually...but u koe lar..the prices there are like so X one lar...haha but got 'MISSY staff' with me..everything also got discount...from tickets to food...wah..worth it...
Had the chicken and fish burger (both of us)...i think its nice u.p is $13.50....is rather cheap compared to the 'ulu ulu restaruant' there where they sell food court stuff like dumpling noodles and hokkien mee...guess what's the price??... $15 and $19 dollars respectively lar!!so crazy..think u eat the dumplings inside filled with gold like that...
The sauce is realli special..got like bbq flavour in it although it looks like chilli..haha at one point of time.. i tasted abit of curry lar!...
Then we went for the Night safari....took the tram...haha if u all r taking the tram...PLS sit on the RIGHT SIDE of the tram..haha cause throughout the ride..most of the animals are all on the right...Thursday was still okie...tho alot of people but i think still nt that crowded...wah..but quite a number to tour groups lar...then k see they all like all chiong the tram one...like 'Whats the rush??'....Haha...BUt realli if u r gg to night safari.i would recommend u to pay and buy the tickets for the tram as well...its worth it lar...
After e ride.. we decided to walk the trail...well..i think its ok onli i guess..cause dark already cant realli see the animals...but the trail is just next to the animals..so its realli like upclose lar... Then walked this BAts trail...haha..i just scared of flying creatures in the dark lar..out of nowhere then ZOOM!! they flew past u...
At the night safari they realli emphaise on 'NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY' cause e light like sensitive to the animals..but still some are still using it...haiz..pity those animals la..Just to mention one..we are walking the Bats trail...then the bats are realli upclose..k see them eating the fruits..like just one arms length?? there is this group of 'aunties' dun koe is tourists or singaporeans...just keep taking photos using the flash...i was like -_-!!..haha i also scared the bats suddenly go crazy n attack me lar...kaoz..so close still flash flash flash..n the bats..was like making the 'squeaking noise'..think they 'dulan' already...so pls..try not to use ur flash while taking pictures!
Lastly, went for the show at the night safari..haha the otters again..so cute lar!!...anyway..these kind of shows..the animals..din reallli 'wow' u with their performances lar what they perform or did is like norm lar..fly here n there..but they are animals lar..so guess dun realli ask too much from them??...but i did enjoyed this more than the one at the zoo..cause the presenter is much better and realli tries to crack jokes which realli felt enjoyable lar...
So yup!if u have run out of places to go and dun mind walking under the sun..haha do visit the zoo!
